Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy interventions following each patient's plan of care, helping them restore mobility and reach their treatment goals.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment with clear, accurate clinical notes that guide care decisions.
• Empower patients by teaching them home exercise programs and providing education that keeps them engaged in their recovery.
• Collaborate with supervising Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team to communicate patient status and adjust care effectively.
• Champion a safe, infection-controlled environment by adhering to all compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain before start date).
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
