Direct Support Professional

Available Shifts SPLIT SHIFTS: Work half the week - $21.65 per hr. Schedule Option 1 Every other Wednesday 6:30 AM–10:00 AM & 2:00 PM–9:00 PM (10.5 hrs). Saturday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM (8 hrs). 29 hrs short week / 39.5 hrs long week. Schedule Option 2 Sunday: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (8 hrs). Monday & Tuesday 6:30 AM–10:00 AM & 2:00 PM–9:00 PM (10.5 hrs per day). Every other Wednesday 6:30 AM–10:00 AM & 2:00 PM–9:00 PM (10.5 hrs). 29 hrs short week / 39.5 hrs long week. Benefits Hours over 40 per week paid at OT rate. BONUSES ($100) for covering open weekend shifts. Affordable Health/Dental/Vision insurance is offered after 60 days. AllyHealth (24/7/365) virtual access to expert medical advice after 60 days. NO COST to the employee. Holiday Pay. Paid Vacation & Sick Time. Free meals while on shift. Company vehicle to use while on shift. $1,000 Child Care allowance after 90 days (must be licensed child care provider). Qualifications Good driving record (no more than 3 tickets on record; no DUI). Pass a State/Federal Background Check (company pays fee). Have or can obtain CPR/1st Aid Certification (training will be provided if needed—company pays fee). Have or can obtain State Med. Card (training will be provided if needed, and the company pays the fee). Reliable transportation to and from work.
