Position Overview

The Growth Marketing Specialist will help build and execute multi-channel growth marketing programs designed to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate customer acquisition.

This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who enjoys testing, analyzing performance, optimizing campaigns, and turning insights into action. You will partner closely with marketing and sales leadership to translate the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) into targeted campaigns that reach the right audiences and drive meaningful business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in paid media, digital marketing, and B2B demand generation, with the opportunity to grow into ownership of key acquisition channels.

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to support demand generation and account-based marketing initiatives.
• Develop targeted audience strategies based on ICP characteristics, including company size, industry, personas, and key decision-makers.
• Build campaign structures that prioritize lead quality, pipeline contribution, and customer acquisition—not just traffic volume.
• Support testing and expansion across additional channels such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging advertising platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics including cost per qualified lead, conversion rates, lead-to-SQL performance, and pipeline generated.
• Identify optimization opportunities through data analysis, testing, and ongoing campaign experimentation.
• Partner with marketing operations to maintain accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across marketing technology platforms.
• Collaborate on landing page optimization, messaging, and creative testing to improve conversion rates.
• Research customer audiences and market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Help build scalable processes for paid acquisition and demand generation programs.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, paid media, or digital acquisition.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns, preferably within a SaaS, technology, AI, advertising, or agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, or similar tools.
• Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and key metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generation, CAC, and conversion rates.
• Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on performance insights.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• A growth mindset with curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to experiment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and ICP targeting.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, analytics tools, and marketing attribution.
• Exposure to Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, or other emerging paid channels.
• Interest in AI, advertising technology, retail media, or emerging marketing platforms.
