Key Responsibilities

• Delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med Surg environment.
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
• Floating within the same specialty across local facilities as required.
• Employing EPIC EMR for precise and efficient documentation.
• Following facility policies and procedures, including holiday and on-call obligations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current RN license in Illinois and eligibility to obtain an Iowa license.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Med Surg.
• Completion of at least one travel contract.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA).
• Two years of experience in a similar setting.

Working Conditions

This position involves working night shifts and may require flexibility in floating between facilities within the same discipline.
