Senior Claims Specialist

Job Title

Payrate: $52.00 - $53.00/hr

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the forecasting of financing fee

Create and manage Sales deduction conditions by products and carriers for Financing

Provide monthly promotion redemption result to accounting teams

Provide important business information and support ad-hoc reports to related business teams

Should be a self-starter, able to demonstrate sound judgment and versatility in decision-making and problem solving

Requires a strong analytical background with the ability to analyze and consolidate financial results

Direct the preparation of sales financial reports, such as revenue, sales deduction, and analyses of future earnings or expenses, that summarize and forecast the organization's financial position

Prepare special reports required by upper management

Operate accrual of sales deduction related with eCom promotions or expenses for eCom sales lift through SAP/Hybris systems

Oversee critical finance operational issue and collaborate with AR and GL team

Skills

Hands-on data analytic tools such like Excel, Power BI or Tableau

Expert Microsoft Office products and reporting of financial data

Experienced SAP GUI

Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking

Preferred English/Korean bilingual

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in financial discipline is preferred

Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software

4-6 years' experience

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $52.00 - $53.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
