This role requires the application of clinical skills within a corporate environment, with an emphasis on mental health and well-being. The successful candidate will be a part of an innovative team that integrates therapeutic practices into the daily operations of our organization. As a Clinical Therapist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Providing individual, group, and family therapy to employees dealing with various mental health issues. Collaborating with the human resources department to develop and implement mental health programs and initiatives. Offering crisis intervention and conflict resolution assistance. Conducting assessments to identify issues and create treatment plans. Helping employees develop skills to improve their well-being and productivity. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to plan or coordinate treatment. Assisting in the creation of policies and procedures that promote mental health in the workplace. Providing resources and referrals to outside mental health services when necessary. Conducting workshops and seminars on mental health topics relevant to the healthcare industry. Qualifications Master\u2019s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution; candidates actively pursuing a qualifying Master\u2019s degree may also be considered. Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC); or eligible for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist with the California Board of Psychology. All registrations must be in good standing. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic processes, and ethics. Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
