Spa Coordinator The Spa Coordinator plays an integral role in the success and day-to-day operations of the Four Seasons Spa and Fitness Center. As the winner of Missouri's Best Hotel Spa Award in 2024, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining state-of-the-art facilities. The Spa Coordinator is responsible for proactively welcoming guests and assisting with all inquiries. They should possess a solid knowledge of all treatments, products, and services, and be able to confidently assist guests with accurate recommendations. The spa embodies all Four Seasons cultural values while maintaining established standards, with professionalism expected at all times. This role reports to the Spa Manager and is overseen by the Senior Spa Director.
