As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and use technology to document observations. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.90 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWed07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual conditions or access concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as required. Maintain a professional presence while supporting site traffic flow, visitor direction, and security-related customer service needs. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
