Travel Registered Nurse ER Job

Registered Nurse - ER, Havre, MT | Start: 06/17/2026 | 13 weeks | $1,805–$1,937 per week | Guaranteed hours: 36 | Shift: Rotating | Travel temporary assignment in a hospital setting. The RN delivers patient care in a high-acuity environment and will rotate between Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit assignments as needed. This travel role emphasizes collaboration with the medical team, proactive patient advocacy, and efficient, professional care delivery. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in both ER and ICU settings as assigned, following physician orders and care plans Assist medical providers in delivering care, monitor patient progress, respond to deteriorations, and participate in rapid assessment and intervention Administer medications, therapies, and interventions; monitor for adverse effects and document responses Perform patient assessments, data collection, and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record; communicate changes to the care team Triage and prioritize patient needs, coordinate patient flow, and ensure safety, comfort, and privacy Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in handoffs, and support department operations during rotating assignments Requirements Active RN license to practice in the United States (or eligible for licensure in the state) Experience in Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit settings; ability to rotate between ER and ICU Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment and adapt to changing patient needs Willingness to travel and work a rotating schedule; candidate must reside more than 250 miles from the assignment facility Strong communication, critical‑thinking, and teamwork skills Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Fast credentialing and onboarding Housing assistance and relocation support (where available) Extension opportunities and ongoing assignment support Nationwide travel assignments and dedicated support throughout the assignment
