ABA Therapist Reaching Hearts. Building Futures. We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled ABA Therapist to join our team at Golden Care Therapy NY in Yonkers, New York. As an ABA Therapist with Golden Care Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children with Autism and their families to create a customized treatment plan tailored to their unique needs. About the Role: As an ABA Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing evidence-based ABA Therapy techniques to help children with Autism achieve their goals. You will work alongside our experienced team of therapists and supervisors to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, as well as provide Parent Training to ensure family involvement and success. Responsibilities: Implement ABA Therapy techniques to help children with Autism achieve their goals Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our experienced team of therapists and supervisors Provide Parent Training to ensure family involvement and success Assess and track patient progress regularly Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, etc.) Completion of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) program Experience working with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work part-time schedule Why Join Our Team: At Golden Care Therapy NY, we are dedicated to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters growth and development.
