This role involves generating sales opportunities, providing policy consultations, and maintaining strong client relationships without the need for travel. The agent will ensure compliance with industry regulations while delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients
• Consult with clients to understand insurance needs
• Deliver compelling sales presentations
• Analyze customer requirements to offer appropriate policies
• Prepare accurate insurance quotes
• Process new and renewal policies efficiently
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Maintain detailed and organized client records
• Adhere strictly to all compliance and regulatory guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in insurance sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
