Leasing Specialist: Drive Occupancy & Resident Experience
Greystar Worldwide, LLC
Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Leasing position to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct community tours, process applications, run background checks, and prepare lease packages for move-in.
In this role, you will use OneSite or Yardi to track availability, ensure show units meet company standards, and support the renewal program with timely lease renewals.
