Core Infrastructure Support - Network Administrator

Work you'll do / Responsibilities Assist in managing and supporting enterprise core network infrastructure across data center environments. Administer and troubleshoot SD‑WAN solutions, preferably VMware VeloCloud. Configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls. Manage Palo Alto firewalls for security, policy enforcement, and traffic control. Support F5 load balancers for application delivery and traffic distribution. Design and support LAN/WAN connectivity for branches, campus, and enterprise networks. Monitor and optimize bandwidth, latency, throughput, and overall network performance. Support data center network architecture across core, distribution, and access layers. Maintain secure connectivity between enterprise sites and hosted environments. Perform capacity planning, health checks, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management. Troubleshoot routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, firewall, and load balancing issues. Use monitoring tools to proactively track infrastructure health and identify issues. Manage incidents, requests, and changes through ServiceNow. Support high availability and disaster recovery for critical network services. The successful candidate would possess these skills Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team. Qualifications Required 3+ years of relevant experience in network administration and enterprise network support. Industry certifications in 3 or more of the following: CCNA, CCNP, VeloCloud, F5, and Palo Alto. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience working in 24x7 production support / enterprise infrastructure support environments is preferred. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,000 to $115,000.
