Snapshot We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Retail Associate to be the welcoming face of our store. The Retail Associate will help customers find exactly what they need, share product knowledge, and ensure our shelves and displays are always inviting and well-stocked. You’ll process transactions accurately, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and create a shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. WhatYou’llBe Doing Greet and engage customers as they enter the store. Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience. Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems, including handling cash and credit card payments. Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and manage displays. Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and safely. Handle customer complaints and returns professionally. Support promotional events and sales activities. What Makes You a Fit Prior experience in a customer-facing role or retail. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, and have a positive attitude! Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to read, write, communicate, and perform basic math calculations. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
