ER Physician — Level II
Location: Tahlequah, OK
Position: Physician - Emergency Department
Pay Rate: $254-$259/hour (based on experience/availability)
Preferred Start Date: Flexible (Target start date - March 23, 2026 )
Opportunity Snapshot
We are seeking an experienced Level II Emergency Room Physician to join an outpatient clinic in Oklahoma for a 13-week contract. This role is ideal for a physician who thrives in a fast-paced ER setting while delivering high quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient environment.
Schedule / Shift Options (12s)
Primarily day shifts, but some nights required .
Day shifts may include:
* 7am-7pm
* 8am-8pm
* 10am-10pm
* 11am-11pm
* 12pm-12am
Night shifts may include:
* 7pm-7am
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate. diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions
* Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and trauma appropriate for a Level II ER setting
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
* Collaborate with nursing staff and ancillary departments to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care
* Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with clinic policies
Requirements:
* MD or DO
* Active Oklahoma Medical License
* Prior Level II ER experience preferred
