Crisis Intervention Specialist

Role Crisis Intervention Specialist Responsibilities Provide student care related to health, safety, and personal needs; offer behavioral support; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate students and develop therapeutic goals; assist during behavioral crises, including emergency interventions; support implementation of evidence-based practices; maintain certifications; contribute to data collection, analysis, and fidelity checks; train classroom teams on behavior plans; conduct preference assessments; respond to diverse classroom needs as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; minimum one year of relevant experience with students with developmental delays; proficiency in English for interpreting documents and communication. Skills Ability to follow directions, work collaboratively, and stay current in behavior analysis practices. This role emphasizes supporting students’ well-being, behavior management, and data-driven intervention implementation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
