• Job Setting: Hospital
• Credentialing: 45 days
• Start Date: 6/15/2026 - Ongoing
• Commitment: Minimum initial commitment of 6 months or longer; minimum of 3 weeks/month, would prefer a full time provider

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board certified in Oncology or Hematology, or truly board eligible
• Licensure: MN state license or willing to license
