Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of strategic industrial engineering initiatives to optimize global operations. Conduct in-depth analysis of complex production and logistical systems, identifying opportunities for significant improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality. Develop advanced simulation models to test and validate proposed operational changes and system designs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of industrial engineers and analysts in a remote setting. Requirements Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field. 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a significant focus on operations analysis, process optimization, and strategic planning. Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and managing teams, preferably in a remote environment. Expertise in simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and advanced statistical analysis techniques. Proven ability to develop and implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels. Strong project management capabilities and a track record of delivering results. Experience with large-scale ERP systems and their impact on operations.
