You can see some of our favorite projects here.Start your journey with OBE and help us build the future.What You'll Get To DoThe Warehouse Staff is responsible for picking and checking products in the warehouse to fill customer orders.Job Responsibilities:On/off loading of metal and doors from tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or bundles for eight or more hours dailyAssembling boxes, crates, or containersLabeling and marking containers and insert lining or padding material to protect items during shipmentWeighing, measuring and counting productPacking items according to shipping needs or supervisors' specifications, ensuring that the crates/boxes and packages are accurately packedCompleting clerical tasks with the ability to use shop floor computer and RF equipmentConducting inspections to examine products and make sure they meet our specifications for quality and aren't damagedOther duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededPhysical Requirements:Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.Must be able to move up to 40 pounds at a time.What We Are Looking ForHigh school diploma preferredAbility to communicate with employees, peers, and supervisors in an effective mannerExperience in a warehouse job, and/or order pulling is preferredBasic computer skills a plusAbility to work independentlyPosition Pay Range$21 - $21.50 USDWhat OBE Offers YouBenefits that benefit you – industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employeeWork-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can chooseCompensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonusesTraining – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeedOBE Privacy PolicyOBE will not discharge or discriminate against employees or applicants for discussing, disclosing, or inquiring about their own or others' pay.
