• Perform advanced diagnostic testing, including electrical testing and computer-controlled systems.
• Complete inspections and identify needed maintenance and repairs.
• Clearly document diagnostic findings, repairs performed, and recommended services.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and other technicians regarding vehicle concerns and repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow proper safety procedures and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Assist less-experienced technicians when needed and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to diagnose problems rather than simply replace parts.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to use scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and online service information.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Missouri State Safety & Emissions Inspector's License preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Experience with modern vehicle electronics and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) is a plus.

• Dependable and takes pride in their work.
• Honest and committed to doing the job right.
• Able to diagnose problems efficiently and accurately.
• Comfortable working independently.
