Resident Assistant Taylor Community is looking for an experienced Resident Assistant to join our Assisted Living team! As a Resident Assistant, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing compassionate, person-centered care and helping them maintain their health, independence, and quality of life. What You'll DoAssist residents with activities of daily living and personal careFollow each resident's established plan of careObserve and report changes in resident conditionsDocument resident care according to Taylor Community standardsEncourage socialization and participation in activitiesAssist with laundry and light housekeepingSupervise residents with self-administration of medicationsWork every other weekend What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious Resident Assistant or caregiving experience preferredStrong communication and observation skillsAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to safely assist with resident transfers and emergency evacuationsCompassion, patience, and a genuine desire to work with older adults Interested in growing your career?
