Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Finance Associate in a large, regional full-service corporate law firm with a national practice. The position is based in Hangartner, Rydberg & Terrell. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in commercial lending, including private credit, syndicated loans, and leveraged finance transactions. Duties Participate in a variety of private credit and syndicated loan transactions. Engage in middle market private-equity-backed leveraged finance transactions. Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment. Requirements Three to six years of commercial lending experience. Experience with private credit and syndicated loans. Middle market private-equity-backed leveraged finance experience preferred. Education Outstanding academic credentials required. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
