OB-GYN Opportunity in El Paso, Texas | No ER Call | Visa Sponsorship Available

Join a newly opened Women's Health clinic built to support modern OB-GYN practice with an emphasis on efficiency, patient continuity, and physician balance. This opportunity offers an outpatient-focused setting with minimal hospital burden, dedicated support staff, and the ability to build long-term patient relationships without the demands of traditional OB call. You'll join a growing team helping shape the future of women's healthcare in the region.

THE PRACTICE

This purpose-built clinic was thoughtfully designed to create a smoother experience for both physicians and patients.

• 12 exam rooms and 2 dedicated procedure rooms
• In-house lab, hysteroscopy capabilities, and routine outpatient procedures
• Full inpatient and outpatient support through the affiliated hospital system
• Dedicated RN, Medical Assistants, and front-office scheduling support

A CALL STRUCTURE DESIGNED FOR BALANCE

This practice was intentionally structured to reduce unnecessary hospital burden while allowing you to maintain continuity with your own patients.

• House call only with no mandatory overnight in-house coverage
• No ER call and no Labor & Delivery call responsibilities
• OB Hospitalist team manages all hospital deliveries
• Every-other-weekend call covering only your own established patients

This structure allows you to remain connected to your patients while preserving greater predictability outside of work.

GROWTH & FUTURE EXPANSION

You'll join a clinic actively investing in physician support, long-term growth, and operational innovation.

• Expanding to four OB-GYN physicians plus advanced practice support
• Maternal-Fetal Medicine services planned onsite
• Focus on improving physician workflow, care coordination, and patient access
• Opportunity to join during an early phase of clinic expansion

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB-GYN
