Benefits $54-57/hour Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 144 PTO and 40 Sick Pay Hours per calendar year 401k plan with employer match and 100% vesting after 90 days of employment A culture with an emphasis on appreciating and valuing the team member The opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing national company, with possible position upgrades Details Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 10AM-6:30PM Answers telephone inquiries and channels them appropriately Assists with tracking and processing referrals Assist with audits and chart reviews as assigned Uploads documents to electronic medical records system Provides feedback on process and flow improvement Assists with scheduling goals of care and admission visits Work with sales team to receive incoming referral information Ensures the patient’s chart in our EMR system and the consents are compliant. Other duties as assigned by Director of Intake Audits all necessary paperwork on all new patients and ensures that they are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with policies and procedures. Qualifications 1 year of hospice experience preferred Active RN license in California Strong computer and compliance skills Strong ability to multi task and prioritize Working knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, Conditions of Participation, State hospice regulations and CHAP standards.
