Responsibilities Safely climb, prune, and care for trees using industry-standard techniques and equipment. Make informed decisions quickly while following all safety protocols. Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. Operate and maintain heavy machinery and equipment as needed for tree care operations. Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, upholding company values at all times. Qualifications Willingness to learn and be coached on new skills and techniques. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
