About the Position

Our client is seeking a dependable Local CDL A Driver for shuttle operations and local deliveries in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position offers home-daily routes, light-touch freight handling, and consistent Monday through Friday scheduling.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $250+ per day
Weekly pay range: $1,200 to $1,400
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift length: 10 hours per shift
Dispatch time: 4:00 p.m.
Employment type: Long-term flex
Start date: September 9, 2026

Job Details

Route type: Local shuttle and delivery routes
Freight: Local delivery freight
Shuttle area: Within a 6-mile radius
Handling: Light-touch freight
Home time: Home daily

Key Responsibilities

Deliver freight to local destinations safely and efficiently.
Shuttle trailers within the designated 6-mile service area.
Follow assigned routes, schedules, and dispatch instructions.
Maintain compliance with all applicable safety regulations.
Represent yourself and TransForce professionally while serving our client.

Minimum Requirements

Class A CDL.
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
