Marketing & Practice Relations SpecialistGreensboro, North Carolina, United StatesTitle: Marketing & Practice Relations Specialist Practice: Greensboro Oral Surgery Location: Greensboro, NC *Candidate must reside within 30 miles of Greensboro, NCPosition SummaryThe Marketing & Practice Relations Specialist supports the strategic growth of our three (3) oral surgery practices in Greensboro, NC by leading all marketing, branding, and referral engagement initiatives. This role partners closely with the Regional Director of Operations, Regional Market & Development Specialist, Practice Leader, and Surgeons to drive patient volume through referral marketing, digital engagement, and community outreach efforts. This position is responsible for both strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring all marketing initiatives align with the company's mission, values, and growth objectives.Essential FunctionsMarketing Strategy & ExecutionServe as the primary marketing and practice relations representative for all three (3) Greensboro-area practices, ensuring consistent branding, referral engagement, and growth initiatives across locations.Lead and manage all aspects of marketing, including referral outreach, digital campaigns, CE events, study clubs, and content development.Serve as the primary marketing and practice relations representative for all three (3) Greensboro-area practices, ensuring consistent branding, referral engagement, and growth initiatives across locations.Develop and execute localized marketing strategies aligned with practice growth goals.Identify and implement opportunities to support year-over-year consult growth and expansion into new markets.Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and campaigns.Support new surgeon onboarding, provider introductions, and market-entry campaigns.Coordinate launch plans for new services, locations, and providers to maximize awareness and patient acquisition.Referral & Relationship DevelopmentPlan and conduct referral visits to strengthen and expand referral relationships.Coordinate and execute continuing education (CE) events, study clubs, and referral engagement initiatives.Build and maintain partnerships with local representatives to support sponsorships, event planning, and community outreach.Identify new opportunities for local partnerships and sponsorships that support practice growth.Represent the practices at community events, professional organizations, and industry functions to enhance visibility and brand awareness.Maintain referral intelligence, including tracking referral patterns, market share opportunities, and surgeon engagement activity.Develop targeted outreach plans based on referral data and growth opportunities.Digital & Content ManagementDevelop and manage social media and digital content calendars.Prepare and distribute digital and print marketing materials.Design collateral using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.Partner with SEO, CRM, and website vendors to ensure strong online visibility.Monitor online review platforms (Google, Healthgrades, Yelp) and escalate feedback as needed.Reporting & CommunicationProvide monthly reports on:Marketing initiativesReferral performanceCampaign ROIDigital engagement metricsStrategic growth plansAnalyze referral trends and identify opportunities to increase referrals from existing and prospective practices.Maintain regular communication with surgeons, practice leaders, regional directors, and administrative teams.Attend and actively participate in leadership calls and meetings.Complete special projects as assigned.QualificationsEducation:Highschool diploma or equivalent – requiredBachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field — requiredExperience:2–5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.Experience in a healthcare or medical practice environment — preferredStrong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy compliance in marketing communications — required or must be obtained upon hirePerformance Requirements:Skills/Abilities:Strong creative, strategic, and analytical thinking skills.Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and basic SEO principles.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.Comfortable with public speaking and event coordination.Willingness to travel locally and overnight as needed to support adjacent markets.What we do for you:We offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance plans to our full-time employees.Two out of the three medical plans offered include Health Savings Account (HSA) eligibility.Company-paid Life, AD&D and Long-Term Disability coverage.Additional Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance for you and your family!Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance available to you as wellDependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) offered.Immediately begin saving for retirement through our 401(k) starting with very first paycheck!Employer 401(k) contribution and Profit Sharing after six months of employmentPTO and 8 Paid holidays for fulltime employees!DISCLAIMER :The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by people assigned to this work.
