This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, offering you the chance to work in a dynamic, supportive environment. Please note this role is with the independent agents officenot directly with State Farm Insurance Companies. Successful candidates will be expected to complete any necessary licensing and training to thrive in this role. What Youll Bring to the Team

- Preferred: Sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing) and bilingual skills in Spanish.

- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance products, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Assist customers with insurance and financial services needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support office operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
