Strategic Talent Analyst & System Administrator

This is a multi-level posting. Candidates may be considered for any of the posted levels, depending on their level of experience and depth of expertise. Talent Analyst/ Sr Talent Analyst The talent analyst supports talent management programs including recruiting, onboarding, career development, performance management and succession planning. Serves as system administrator, analyzing and resolving system issues, and recommending, testing and implementing enhancements to meet business needs. Provides system training, documentation and support to all system users. Responsible for compliance reporting such as affirmative action and EEO-1 audits. #J-18808-Ljbffr NV Energy
