WELDER
MIG WELDING |1ST, 2ND, & 3RD SHIFT | $28-$32/hr

If you've got welding experience and want a long-term opportunity with room to grow, we're hiring Welders to build steel poles and utility structures in a production environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on steel components and utility structures
• Read blueprints, flat sheets, and work orders
• Operate welding, plasma cutting, and oxy-acetylene equipment
• Fabricate and weld steel poles
• Use measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy
• Set up and maintain welding equipment
• Follow production and safety standards

WHAT YOU NEED

• 1+ year of production welding experience
• MIG welding experience (Pulse and Flux Core preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and welding layouts
• Experience using measuring tools and fabrication equipment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work history and reliable attendance

BONUS SKILLS

• AWS Welding Certification
• Technical welding school or degree
• Forklift experience
• Plasma cutting and oxy-acetylene experience
• Experience in a fabrication or heavy industrial environment

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valley, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
