IT Support Specialist

About this opportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented Junior IT Support Specialist to join our growing IT team. The candidate will provide reliable day-to-day technical support to our staff while developing the skills and knowledge needed to grow into more advanced IT and infrastructure roles.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID, including onboarding, offboarding, and password resets.Support Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Prepare and deploy workstations, maintain asset records, and assist with basic security tasks like MFA and compliance checks.Escalate complex issues with clear documentation and help improve internal support resources and processes.Skills & QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Clear communication skills and ability to support non-technical users professionally.High school diploma required; additional IT training, coursework, or a related degree preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.Experience with device imaging, deployment, or hardware setup.Basic knowledge of information security principles and willingness to assist with routine security-related tasks.CompTIA A+ or similar entry-level IT certification preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ad Mortgage Corp
