Industrial Saw Operator
Join our brand new, state-of-the-art metal manufacturing warehouse as an Industrial Saw Operator. You will play a crucial role in ensuring precise cutting and handling of aluminum and metal materials, contributing to the quality and efficiency of our production processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate industrial saws to cut aluminum and metal materials to precise specifications.
- Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and production drawings.
- Set up, adjust, and maintain saw equipment for optimal performance.
- Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before and after cutting.
- Safely handle and stage materials using proper lifting techniques or equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience operating industrial saws (band saw, circular saw, or similar) preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate measurements.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Must wear steel toes with metatarsal guards.
- Safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and protective sleeves will be provided.
- Experience with saw cut, calipers, tape measure, measuring tools, bundling, palletizing, machine operation, forklift, stowing, production, load, and general labor.

Work Environment
Work in a brand new, climate-controlled metal manufacturing warehouse located in Tolleson, AZ. First shift begins at 7am or 8am.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
