Title: Senior Tax Manager Location: Fort Worth, TX * Hybrid 2 days onsite Pay: $140K–$180K+ Bonus We are a nationally recognized Top 30 accounting firm supporting high-net-worth individuals, private equity, family offices, and closely held businesses. What You Will Be Doing Lead tax compliance and advisory work for high-net-worth individuals, their related entities, trusts, and foundations. Manage engagement planning, workflow, reviews, and client communications to ensure quality and timely delivery. Oversee and mentor teams of seniors and staff while providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Research complex tax issues and translate technical matters into clear, practical recommendations. Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives. What You Need for this Position Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s in Tax preferred. Active CPA license. 5+ years of experience in individual tax with strong HNW and Private Equity Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Prior leadership, mentoring, or engagement-management experience is a strong plus.
