HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Newark, NJ
Join HMD Trucking as we look for experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to handle HAZMAT freight nationwide. We provide competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with an additional 4 CPM for hazmat shipments, averaging around 5,000 miles weekly. Requirements:
- Valid CDL A with Hazmat endorsement.
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
- A focus on safety and reliability.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
