Salary: $100,000–$130,000/year

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist / Center Manager to oversee therapy center operations while maintaining a patient caseload. This role combines hands-on clinical care with team leadership, operations, compliance, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily center operations, staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Evaluate and treat patients while developing individualized treatment plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop clinical staff.
• Monitor productivity and financial performance.
• Build relationships with physicians and referral partners.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent.
• Current California Physical Therapist license.
• Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising clinical staff or managing therapy operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems.
