Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety focused Stand-Up Cherry Picker Operator to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating stand-up lift equipment to pick orders, replenish stock, and support the movement of inventory throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate a stand-up cherry picker/order picker forklift to retrieve, move, and store inventory at various height levels.
• Accurately pick, scan, and stage orders according to production or shipping schedules.
• Perform daily pre operation equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection requirements and warehouse traffic rules.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory records.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience operating stand-up cherry pickers / order pickers in a warehouse environment.
• Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one during onboarding).
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work at elevated heights (up to 30 feet depending on equipment).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Basic computer or RF scanner skills.

Hours: Mon. - Fri. 5:00 am 1:30 pm (overtime as needed)

Pay rate: $19.00
