- Lead,mentor, and develop department managers, supervisors, and field teams(service, construction, estimating, administration, etc.)
- Fostera culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork
- Developand implement company policies, procedures, and performance metrics
- Must be a US citizen or have a Green Card
- Overseedaily operations of plumbing service and construction projects
- Ensureall projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet qualitystandards
- Coordinatescheduling, logistics, and resource allocation across multiple teams
- Managerelationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Prepareand manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Monitorkey financial indicators including revenue, margins, job costing, and cashflow
- Approvepurchasing and expenditures in accordance with company policy
- Identifyand implement opportunities to enhance profitability and efficiency
- Buildand maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, andvendors
- Supportestimating and sales teams in preparing bids, proposals, and negotiatingcontracts
- Identifynew market opportunities and service offerings to drive revenue growth
- Ensurecompliance with all federal, state, and local plumbing codes and licensingrequirements
- Overseesafety programs, training initiatives, and compliance documentation
- Promotea proactive culture of safety and risk management
- Collaboratewith ownership to define short- and long-term business goals
- Analyzemarket trends and company performance to guide strategic decisions
- Implementsystems, technologies, and processes to support scalable growth
