Pay Structure & Financial Highlights

• Average Earnings: $1,610 per week ($83,720 annualized average).
• Top 10% Drivers: Earn up to $2,099 per week ($109,148+/year) .
• Base Mileage: $0.70 to $0.76 CPM (based on verifiable experience).
• Unload Rate: $320 for every load (drivers average 2 to 3 loads/week).
• Weekly Miles: Expect 1,000 to 2,500 round-trip miles per week (1,600 avg).
• Bonuses & Perks: Up to 3% Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus, up to $2,000 Summer Retention Bonus, and Cash Referral Payouts.

Freight, Operations & Home Time

• Primary Operating Area: Mid-West & Southern lanes (MO, MN, SD, ND, IA, NE, KS, AR, OK, TN, and KY).
• Freight & Offloading: 100% Touch Freight,  hand-unloading dry retail goods using gravity roller chutes (no lumpers or pallets involved).
• Home Time: Guaranteed 34-hour DOT reset every week (typically falls across Saturday or Sunday).
• Equipment Care: Authorized take-home truck privileges during your weekly time off.
• Dispatch Flexibility: Night driving required.

Candidate Requirements & Full Benefits

What You Need:

• Valid Commercial Class A CDL with up-to-date DOT Medical Card.
• 3+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience (reefer experience is a plus).
• Clean 3-year MVR (zero major safety violations like DUIs or reckless driving).
• Reside within 50 miles of Blandon, PA with reliable personal commute options.
• Pass standard DOT pre-employment screening (drug test, FMCSA Clearinghouse query, and background check).
