Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Pasco, WA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) with rehab nursing experience to join our team. This role will involve providing direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Our facility offers a wide range of services, and as part of the healthcare team, your contributions are invaluable in promoting the health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality nursing care to a diverse patient population, including adults and geriatrics, with various rehabilitation needs.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as necessary.
• Document patient conditions and interventions accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals in the rehabilitation department.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must have prior experience in rehabilitation nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of Washington.
• CCRN certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of GG scoring and relevant documentation practices in rehabilitation is preferred.
