Diverse Staffing is hiring an experienced Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator for a warehouse facility in Carrollton, TX.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term stability, full benefits upon permanent hire, and a $2.00 per hour pay increase after being hired directly by the customer.

Job Duties

• Operate a stand-up reach truck safely and efficiently
• Pull, move, and stage inventory for outbound shipments
• Transport products to shipping and receiving dock areas
• Use RF scanners to track and maintain inventory accuracy
• Shrink wrap and prepare pallets for shipment
• Follow shipping schedules and warehouse productivity standards

Required Qualifications

• Previous stand-up reach truck experience required
• Valid Driver's License required for insurance purposes
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to work safely in a team environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, and reach through a 12-hour shift
• Frequently enter and exit warehouse equipment
• Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Perform repetitive physical movements throughout the shift
• Work safely while meeting productivity expectations

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse environment
• Frequent forklift and warehouse traffic
• Moderate to loud noise levels
• Indoor distribution facility
• Safety vest and other PPE may be required
• Continuous movement and shipping activity throughout shift
