Closing Desk Coordinator

to support the coordination and preparation of residential and commercial real estate closings. This role serves as an important point of coordination throughout the closing process, working closely with internal teams, closers, and other transaction parties to ensure closings are properly scheduled, required documentation is prepared, and closing packages are received and tracked in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has experience within the title insurance or real estate industry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule real estate closings with in-house closers and independent closing professionals based on transaction needs and availability. Prepare Good Faith Estimates (GFEs), title bills, and other closing-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare pro forma title insurance policies for review and use in connection with upcoming closings. Prepare loan policies and required documentation in advance of closing. Prepare owner’s title insurance policies following the completion of closings. Order county, tax, and other required continuations prior to closing to ensure information is current and complete. Track closing packages and follow up as needed to ensure completed documentation is received within required timeframes. Review files for required information and documentation and proactively identify outstanding items that could impact closing timelines. Maintain accurate and organized transaction records throughout the closing process. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve questions, obtain outstanding information, and keep transactions progressing toward closing. Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlines. Handle building loan continuations. Qualifications: Two years of closing desk experience in the title industry. Familiarity with title insurance policies, closing documentation, and the overall real estate closing process. Experience preparing GFEs, title bills, pro forma policies, and/or title insurance policies strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage a high volume of transactions, competing priorities, and time-sensitive deadlines. Strong follow-through with the ability to proactively track outstanding documentation and resolve issues. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. #LI-DL1 #LI-On-Site Pay Details: The base compensation range for this position is $35 - $42. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
