As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Gabe Oleksy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and our customers success. You help grow our agency by building meaningful customer relationships. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively identifying opportunities to recommend relevant products and servicesprimarily through cross-selling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide clear information about insurance products and services.
• Cross-sell by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate additional products or coverage options.
• Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and related service requests.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, recommendations, and next steps.
