Senior Interior Designer Full Time – Kansas City, MO, US What You'll Do Lead and mentor junior associates to develop innovative design concepts for projects that are client-focused, functional and aesthetic. Opportunity to manage interiors projects and teams, including client communications, timelines and budgets. Lead client presentations and serve as the main point of contact for clients on interiors projects, maintaining strong relationships. Ensure design compliance with applicable codes, accessibility standards and regulations. Elevate knowledge of innovative materials and applications, integrating sustainable and energy efficient strategies. Oversee the production and execution of high quality construction documents and detailed drawings by conducting thorough quality control checks throughout the project. Coordinate directly with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure that the design is executed and deadlines are met. Support business development through networking and client acquisition, contributing to proposal development and RFP responses. What You Bring Professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture Certification as licensed professional, preferred NCIDQ.
