CRNA Only Team in Mountainous Colorado - Full-Time 1099 or W2

Enjoy working 4,10-hr shifts on an All-CRNA team that offers an Autonomous work environment. A $375K salary as a 1099 is offered; a W2 package with full benefits is also available.
