Position Details

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individuals' requirements and craft personalized therapy strategies aimed at assisting them in achieving their goals.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Employ proven methodologies to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living.
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate efficiently with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Empower patients and caregivers with knowledge about therapeutic approaches to reinforce progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Track and Adapt Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment approaches as necessary to ensure positive outcomes for all patients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT certification necessary
