Ideal Qualifications:

• Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Background working with pediatric populations, including early childhood and elementary-aged children
• Previous experience in school settings is highly valued
• Skilled in assessment, IEP development, and progress monitoring for students with moderate to severe needs
• Confidence collaborating with teachers, families, and other service providers to optimize student outcomes
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students K–12
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment goals
• Delivering direct and consultative therapy, both individually and in group settings
• Documenting sessions and completing required reports in a timely manner
• Participating actively in IEP meetings, supporting parents and colleagues with insights and recommendations
• Flexing to various caseloads and settings as needed to meet the needs of the school community
