Your Mission

As an Arcade Attendant, you help keep the fun flowing-supporting smooth arcade operations, upbeat guest service, and a safe, clean play space.

Required qualifications/skills:

• Must be 18+ years old
• High School diploma/GED (or equivalent)
• Previous arcade experience preferred; bilingual a plus
• Friendly communication, multitasking in a busy setting, and a self-starter mindset
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, explain game rules, answer questions, and help resolve minor concerns
• Monitor games for proper operation, spot issues quickly, and troubleshoot basic problems
• Keep arcade/redemption/raceway areas tidy (wipe machines, collect trash, maintain presentation)
• Enforce arcade guidelines to promote guest safety and positive behavior
• Keep the arcade area clean and organized, including wiping down machines, collecting trash, and maintaining a tidy appearance
• Ensure arcade, redemption, and raceway area presentable at all times
• Coordinate with the arcade team and partner departments; escalate issues to leadership when needed
