Brand Spencer's Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The role supports the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing all aspects of merchandising and下注 inventory control xis by adhering to company policies and procedures.
