Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and optimize complex system-level software components
• Work on operating systems, middleware, embedded systems, and core infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with systems engineers to design scalable and secure architectures
• Perform low-level debugging, tuning, and performance optimization
• Ensure system reliability, resiliency, and compliance with federal security standards
• Document architecture, workflows, and integration patterns

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of professional systems-level development experience
• Strong programming experience in Java, C, C++, or similar languages
• Deep understanding of OS internals, memory management, and distributed systems
• Experience with secure architecture design in the federal environment
• Strong debugging, profiling, and performance tuning skills

We are looking for a Senior Application Developer with 10+ years of total experience, including 5–7 years in designing, building, testing, and maintaining complex enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience with modern programming languages, scalable architecture patterns, and secure application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, secure enterprise applications
• Build modern software solutions using Java, Python, or other relevant frameworks
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with enterprise services
• Implement CI/CD best practices and application performance tuning

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of overall software development experience
• 5–7 years in enterprise application development
• Strong experience with Java, Spring, REST, microservices, or similar stacks

• Integrate software, hardware, networks, and cloud services into cohesive systems
• Conduct performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization
• Develop system diagrams, architecture documents, and integration workflows
• Collaborate with developers, security teams, and infrastructure engineers
• Ensure all systems meet federal security and compliance requirements
