Trauma Sales Representative - San Antonio, TX

Field-based trauma sales representative position requiring on-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role involves selling trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals in the San Antonio area, with 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Develop expertise in trauma products and competitive offerings
• Manage and maintain product inventory for immediate customer availability
• Provide product training and advice during operating and emergency room consultations
• Attend sales and professional association meetings outside regular hours as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
• 1-3 years sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales techniques
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with office technology and databases
• Comfort working in emergency and operating room environments
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospitals

Compensation: 100% commission with eligibility for bonuses and benefits
